1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Celebrar.me services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the platform.

2. Service Description

Celebrar.me is an event photo-sharing platform that enables event hosts to collect, display, and download photos and videos uploaded by their guests. Our services include event creation, QR code access, live photo walls, content moderation, media storage, and download capabilities. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. You must be at least 18 years old to create a host account. Guest access does not require an account but is subject to event-specific rules set by the host.

4. Content Ownership & License

You retain all ownership rights to the content you upload. By uploading content to Celebrar.me, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, process, display, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of providing our services. This license ends when you delete your content or account. Event hosts are responsible for obtaining consent from guests for the collection and display of uploaded media.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to upload content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. You may not use the service to violate any laws, infringe intellectual property rights, distribute malware, or engage in unauthorized data collection. We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these guidelines. Our AI content moderation system may automatically flag or remove content that violates our policies.

6. Payment & Billing

Paid plans are billed according to the billing cycle you select (monthly or yearly). Prices are in Brazilian Reais (BRL) unless otherwise stated. All payments are processed through our secure payment partners (Stripe, PIX, or other approved providers). You authorize us to charge your selected payment method. Prices may change with 30 days' notice. Tax obligations are your responsibility as required by applicable law.

7. Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the initial purchase. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Partial refunds may be issued for unused portions of annual subscriptions cancelled after the 30-day period. Free tier accounts are not eligible for refunds.

8. Account Termination

You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings. We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. We will retain your data for 30 days after account termination, after which it will be permanently deleted. You may request data export before account deletion.

9. Limitation of Liability

Celebrar.me is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not responsible for content uploaded by users or for any loss of data due to circumstances beyond our control.

10. LGPD Compliance

We comply with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD - Lei Geral de Protecao de Dados). We process personal data based on legitimate legal bases including consent, contract performance, and legitimate interest. You have the right to access, correct, delete, and port your personal data. 11. Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall first be submitted to mediation. If mediation fails, disputes shall be resolved by the courts of Sao Paulo, Brazil. You agree to attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us at hello@celebrar.me before initiating formal proceedings.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the platform at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. If you disagree with the changes, you must stop using the service and close your account.
